The villa has a year-round outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and sun umbrellas. Pool/beach towels are provided for guests. An outside kitchen with a BBQ and pizza oven, plus a dining area with a fridge for poolside drinks, is available on the property.

The main villa and the sub-basement apartment are totally separate from each other, which works well for families with different age profiles.
